Richard Jepson, born in Australia, has made Minnesota his home for more than 10 years. He has worked in the fiber optics industry for more than 10 years and for Cutts Communications since 1996. He purchased Cutts Communications in 2006 and decided to keep the name due to its strong reputation across the fiber optics industry.
